	· Are your Button Covers suitable for all kinds of dress shirts?
	Our products have different sizes which are suitable for the standard dress shirt buttons. In the market, the standard size is from Linge 14 – 20, which is approximately 9.2 mm to 12.5mm. The thickness is around 1mm to 2mm. If you want to have other sizes, you can send a request to us. No, since the button size varies from 9.2 mm to 25.4mm, or even more, Our standard products cannot fit all kinds of shirts.
	· If I want to become your agent, what can I do?
	We are recruiting our channel partners to develop our worldwide markets. You can submit your company details including your distribution network, marketing strategies together with your estimated sales projection to enquiry@ascentwin.com.
	· Can I provide my design to make the product?
	Yes, we welcome all designs. You need to provide the design details and description. We can base on your information to prepare the sample for your approval. Once the sample approved, we can start the production for you. Of course, extra charges and minimum quantity is applied.
	· Can you send the products worldwide?
	Yes, we can send the products to anywhere in the world, provided that we have no agent or wholesaler in that country. Otherwise, we will refer you to them. Delivery charges will apply. Please send your request to our sales@ascentwin.com.
	· Can I have different packaging for my own products?
	Yes, you can design your own packaging. Extra charge will be applied. We already considered different packaging requirements. Our, on the shelf packaging, already suit different market segments.
	· Once we place an order, when will it be delivered?
	Once we have received the order, we can normally ship the products within 2-3 weeks. Special request will require longer time.
	· Can I put my logo on your standard design?
	Yes, you can submit your logo to us. Extra charge will be applied.
